What You’ll Do at JustriteYou will be responsible for designing, planning, and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote the company’s brand and products, actively contributing to the achievement of business objectives and overall growth. Strategy and CampaignsDevelop and implement multichannel campaigns (online and offline) consistent with the company’s positioning Monitor the performance of marketing activities and propose corrective actions based on data and analysis Coordinate with the sales and marketing team to define specific strategies and initiatives for the Italian and international markets (e.g., Justrite Italy) Analysis and ResearchAnalyze the market, competitors, and trends to identify new growth opportunities Monitor developments in the Italian and international markets, conducting SWOT analyses and industry studies Provide strategic support throughout the entire product and customer lifecycle, applying the 7Ps and 4Cs marketing mix models Digital CommunicationCreate and manage online communication channels, including websites, e-commerce platforms, newsletters, and digital platforms Administer web content and updates, ensuring consistency and quality Strengthen brand identity and enhance customer experience through targeted and engaging content Content CreationDesign and produce creative content in multiple languages: texts, images, graphics, and promotional materials Support communication with distributors and partners, tailoring messages to different target audiences Collaborate with internal teams (sales, product, communication) to ensure consistency and impact in messaging Your Skills and ExpertiseTo ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum: Degree in Economics with a specialization in Marketing At least 3–5 years of work experience in the marketing area within the manufacturing companies in the mechanical sector Excellent command of English and Italian, both written and spoken Proven experience in: SEO, SEA, content marketing, email marketing and Lead generation and conversion rate optimization Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Expertise in: E-commerce, Google AdWords, Google Analytics and Basic programming languages such as HTML and CSS Good knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite) Practical knowledge of multiple social media platforms: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn Ability to create and manage content for websites, newsletters, e-commerce, and other digital channels CompensationThe compensation will be commensurate with experience. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
