Digital Communication & Creative Production SpecialistJoin to apply for the Digital Communication & Creative Production Specialist role at Vhernier Group . Reporting to the Communication Director, the Digital Communication & Creative Production Specialist manages digital platforms, translating the brand universe into the digital world and increasing brand awareness. The role involves supervising the production of creative assets aligned with brand guidelines, budget, and market specificities. This position requires a highly organized, creative, and detail-oriented individual with a passion for luxury jewelry and the Vhernier brand. Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Communication:Executing digital & social media strategy. Developing digital activations supporting business objectives. Managing daily operations of social media platforms and projects. Creating, adapting, and posting content on social media. Community management and influencer engagement. Planning online media campaigns and optimizing media buying. Creative Production:Gathering needs from teams and defining production schedules. Preparing creative briefs aligned with the Maison’s DNA. Coordinating with talents and agencies, sharing briefs, collecting feedback. Defining and supervising production plans and assets. Negotiating rights and supervising campaign indicators. Monitoring budgets, invoices, and payments. Job Profile:3-4 years experience in digital media with creative production skills; luxury experience is a plus. Exceptional writing and visual communication skills. Understanding of cultural nuances in media productions. Fluent in Italian and English. Analytical with strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and team-oriented.
