Application Technical Leader page is loaded## Application Technical Leaderlocations: ITA - CA - CAGLIARItime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: **Job Description:**DXC Technology Italia is looking for a **Technical Leader** to join our Application Service DXC Team. **Responsibilities:*** Designs, develops, executes business and technical software solutions in order to implement portions of new or enhanced (upgrades or conversions)* Understands and uses appropriate solutions/tools to analyze, identify, and resolve business and or technical problems* Interacts with Client face colleagues (Business Analyst and Project Manager) to gain an understanding of the business environment, technical context, and organizational strategic direction* Stays current on emerging tools, techniques, and technologies* Lead a small team, provide mentoring and guidance to less senior developers, by working with them in designing solutions**Education And Skills:*** Bachelor or Master Degree (Nice to have technical field: Computer Science, Computer Engineering etc..)* Experience and knowledge of Digital Development Services, Agile Application Development, DevOps, Cloud based applications and Microservices architecture and patterns* Strong Technical experience writing code using languages: Java EE, Spring Framework (Core, MVC, Security, Data, Boot, ...), Single Page Application frameworks, Microservices, Docker, Design pattern and architecture design and Database SQL and NoSQL* Software development processes (Agile, Waterfall), DevOps* Ability to work with web-development tools for new applications* Basic understanding of modern software design and development methodologies* The Ideal profile has strong analytics skills, problem solving, focus on results, decision making skills and ability to work in teams**Work Location:** Cagliari with smart working possibilityAt DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
