Chief Financial Officer (CFO) About the Role We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced CFO who will manage a team of 2–3 people. The role requires a hands‑on executive with strong technical expertise and a pragmatic management approach, ready to lead our finance function and support strategic decision‑making. Key Responsibilities Lead the planning and control process, including the preparation of budgets, forecasts, business plans, and capital expenditure plans. Coordinate and prepare management reporting, including monthly/quarterly closings, KPI monitoring and periodic presentations for top management. Supervise and coordinate day‑to‑day Finance and Accounting operations. Prepare statutory and financial statements. Manage treasury activities. Implement, update and oversee company processes, procedures and information systems across Finance, Administration and General Affairs (and potentially HR and IT). Support extraordinary finance operations. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as CFO in an SME, or alternatively as Finance Director of a branch/division of a larger corporation. Strong academic background (Master’s Degree in Economics, Finance or Engineering). Solid technical background across accounting, financial reporting, planning & control, financial modelling and corporate finance. Excellent analytical and quantitative mindset. Highly organized, reliable and hands‑on, with an entrepreneurial and results‑driven approach. #J-18808-Ljbffr
