In this role, you will join the Laboratory team responsible for testing and certification of ABB low voltage products in the field of DIN-Rail, Wiring Accessories and Building Automation. The work model for the role is: Hybrid. This role is contributing to the Electrification Smart Buildings division located in Vittuone, Italy.ResponsibilitiesDefining and executing test plans to ensure product compliance with standards, market requirements, and functional performance within complex ecosystems.Conducting product testing and analysis, preparing technical reports, and collaborating with R&D and Quality engineers to resolve quality issues and optimize performance.Improving testing setups, developing new procedures, enhancing equipment and methods, and supporting certification processes with external inspectors and regulatory bodies.Managing product approval and customer support, facilitating certification with Italian and international authorities and assisting in market-related debugging and issue resolution.QualificationsYou enjoy working with science and technology supported by a strong technical background.Possess an enhanced knowledge of basic Laboratory instruments (oscilloscope, multimeter, function generator etc.).You are captivated by strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills and you have established skills at working independently and in a team setting.Degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic, engineering or equivalent.You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken.BenefitsAs a member of the ABB Group, you can expect an exciting and challenging job with an individually tailored introductory training.
