If you’re motivated by purpose and eager to grow with a mission-driven company, we’d love to hear from you. /ph3Short Facts /h3ulliMaranello, Italy /liliPermanent Position /li /ulh3Responsibilities /h3ulliMake an impact /liliPrimary goals for this role include: Provide technical support to on-site technicians. /liliAssist in system troubleshooting and restoration activities. /liliIdentify and report recurring issues to Quality and Engineering teams, contributing to continuous product improvement, enhanced quality, and increased safety. /li /ulh3Application Requirements /h3pWhat you need to succeed /pulliGood knowledge of relational database analysis and programming, particularly Microsoft SQL Server. /liliBasic knowledge of software development, preferably in VB6, C++, and C#. /liliExperience in computer troubleshooting, including software and driver installation/configuration, and hardware component replacement in a Microsoft Windows environment. /liliBasic knowledge of PLC systems, including configuration, operation, and troubleshooting (Siemens and Beckhoff preferred). /liliBasic understanding of mechanical and electrical schematics. /liliBasic mechatronic knowledge and troubleshooting skills. /liliStrong customer focus with the ability to understand and respond to customer needs and expectations. /liliExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and business partners. /liliFluent written and spoken English is required /liliWillingness to participate in an on-call support rotation (7-day shifts), providing remote assistance outside regular business hours for urgent customer issues. /li /ulh3Compensation /h3pCompensation for this position is based on CCNL Metalmeccanico.
