As Field Service Engineer - Site Manager, you'll play a vital role with our customers. Leading installation and maintenance activities, you will work with customers to troubleshoot issues and ensure safe and compliant installations. Responsibilities Driving project development, being the reference for Customer and Company on relevant strategy/decision making Leading / providing operational framework for activities to teams and skilled labour, ensuring safety, compliance and quality Preparing and updating technical documentation, plans, daily and weekly briefing reports for customers and internal cross-functional teams Ensuring internal training, compliance and quality documentation is updated, followed and completed according to company standards Qualifications Have an Engineering degree or High School Diploma with relevant work experience Demonstrate good working knowledge of Control Systems for rotating equipment installation and maintenance with DLN/DLE mapping experience Technical awareness of Gas Turbines or Centrifugal Compressors or Reciprocating Compressors or Steam Turbines and their auxiliaries Display a strong customer service-orientation mindset, experienced leading customers through tough decisions Be skilled at communicating complex technical information to customers and teams with varying levels of technical understanding EU Passport or European Work permit required Travel and Work Requirements Be ready to travel significantly (up to 70%) without geographical restriction, including offshore facilities Benefits Contemporary work-life balance policies and wellbeing activities Comprehensive private medical care options Safety net of life insurance and disability programs Tailored financial programs Additional elected or voluntary benefits About Us We are an energy technology company that provides solutions to energy and industrial customers worldwide.
