OffertaTourism product management: create, develop and optimize tourist packages, tours and itineraries, with a focus on destinations; Market research and analysis: monitor market trends, changes in customer preferences and competitors to continuously optimize the supply of tourism products. Provide reports and recommendations for the improvement of the offer. Negotiation with suppliers: work with local service providers (hotels, transport, activities, tour guides, etc.) to ensure quality of service and negotiate competitive rates and favourable terms. Destination management: work with internal teams and local authorities to manage the tourist destinations, ensuring that the offer is always up-to-date and in line with quality standards. Developing and launching new products: designing new packages and itineraries based on market needs and growth opportunities, promoting authentic and innovative tourism experiences. Work with Sales, providing documentation in order to sell products effectively, with a thorough knowledge of the destinations and services offered. Performance monitoring: analyze and monitor the performance of tourism products in terms of sales, customer feedback and profit margins, proposing corrective actions if necessary. Constant communication with other internal departments for problem solving, changes and actions in relation to products. Availability to make on-site visits and transfers in order to supervise the quality of the tours.
