Senior Process Engineer, Process EngineeringThe Amazon Logistics (AMZL) team is looking to hire an experienced, innovative, hands on and customer obsessed Sr. Process Engineer to drive standardization and innovation in physical infrastructure, layout and material flow across our Last Mile delivery network.The successful candidate will be responsible to lead optimization of AMZL Delivery Stations by continuously driving processes innovations, developing safe & efficient process equipment and creating Infrastructure design standards.Key job responsibilitiesDevelop and improve Amazon Logistics equipment/processes to enhance safety, customer experience, capacity, speed, quality and cost goalsLead multiple high priority projects that involves management of stakeholders from different functional areasDrive standardization by creating and improving design process standardsImplement and establish World-Wide best practicesAbout the teamOur multicultural Engineering team has members from different nationalitiesIf you are excited about working in a diverse group and contributing to an inclusive culture, this opportunity is for you.More InformationDepartment: Last Mile (AMZL)Job: EngineerLocation: Tokyo OfficeVoice of employee - Last Mile (AMZL) departmentBachelor's degree in engineering, mechanical, operations, supply chain, business administration, or equivalent STEM fieldExperience in Lean Management, Six Sigma and other operations engineer tools5+ years of experience leading projects related to process improvement, equipment design or layout optimizationBusiness level EnglishPreferred QualificationsExperience with CAD software (AutoCAD, REVIT, BIM 360, etc.)Experience in Logistics, Distribution or Fulfillment processesJLPT N4 certification or equivalentOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
