What you will do each day Ensure an outstanding customer experience: welcoming guests, maintaining service quality, and driving repeat visits. Lead the team: training, planning, evaluating performance, and fostering personal growth. Be actively involved in operations: prepare piadina, uphold standards, maintain a clean environment, and ensure quality at every step. Read and analyze operational reports (sales, costs, performance) to propose improvement actions. Collaborate with other company departments to guarantee that qualitative and operational standards are met. Manage the cash register, deposits, and operational tools – concrete responsibility, visibility, and autonomy. Your role Serve as team captain and partner. Take ownership of the restaurant: customers, people, results. Act, don’t wait. Develop, analyze, and improve. Move things to the next level, not just keep them running.
