Join us, learn a lot, and help us be the best at what we do What we offer: Work on a top-notch client portfolio made of multinational companies worldwide (check our clients) Innovative scale-up company mindset Flexible working arrangements (e.g. hybrid work) Healthy, friendly, and informal workplace Comfy and brand new office close to the center of the city Requirements: Mandatory Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Management or a related field Full professional proficiency in English and Italian Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 Strong analytical skills People-oriented with excellent communication and team management abilities Flexible, proactive, and problem-solving mindset Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Preferred / Plus Skills: Previous experience as a Project Manager Knowledge of Adobe Suite Experience in business environments Finance, communications, and / or sales experience As a junior project manager, you will: Support the Consulting Team in managing the daily business Talk with clients to collect their needs, deliver projects, and collect feedback Manage the daily planning (together with the Consulting Services Team) of the Designer Team Prepare the brief for the projects and support the chosen designer in understanding the Clients’ needs Support the Consulting Team in preparing monthly reports about the Consultancy Service line performances Support the Consulting Team in improving the performance and proposing process innovations Coordinate small internal projects, ensuring team motivation From a career progression point of view, this role is characterized by high growth potential that is linked directly with the company’s growth. #J-18808-Ljbffr
