Responsibilities Ensure awareness among project managers with regard to the subject of Safety. Prepare, implement and monitor construction the project EHS plan. Lead safety meetings with Client & Trades. Supervise clients project EHS oversight resources including outsource EHS competent persons. Assessment and approval of contractor safety plans. Review and comment on High Risk Activities. Champion safety initiatives and support the Clients safety campaigns. Apply lessons learnt and best practice. Lead investigations and root cause analysis. Provide Safety support & guidance. Ensure the Clients safety requirements and local codes are met. Ensure synergy with the Safety Programme led by Turner & Townsend. Qualifications Suitable candidates are likely to have several years experience in EHS lead Management positions. Demonstrable experience in working on large scale complex projects – Data Center experience is preferred but not a requirement. Practiced in project control mechanisms and with technical risk assessments. Strong communication skills as well as the ability to visualize issues and communicate them to others. Outstanding organization coordination and leadership skills ability to coordinate and motivate groups of Consultants / Contractors. Experienced in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders and comfortable with being client facing. Ability to work collaboratively and pro‑actively in a team environment. Availability for on‑site work – 5 days a week. Business‑level proficiency in English and Italian. Additional Information Our people share our Purpose and Values.
