Job OverviewThe Process Innovation Specialist covers the role of Local Process Map Officer’s Deputy. He/She maintains the VW Bank and VW Leasing Process Map, coordinating and supervising its periodic updating process and interfacing with Headquarter and other corporate stakeholders (Process Owners, Business Continuity Manager, IT Risk Officer, etc.). He/She takes care of updating process flows and Business Roles, and performs process analysis activities aimed at identifying possible optimization interventions (e.g. Robotic Process Automation, Power Automate, etc.). He/She coordinates the set up/updating of processes when new requirements or solutions are implemented and acts as Office Focal Point for Segregation of Duties (SoD), coordinating activities to identify and census conflicts within business processes. He/She works for VW Bank and on behalf of VW Leasing based on dedicated outsourcing agreements.ResponsibilitiesCoordinate the periodic update process of the VW Bank/VW Leasing Process Map, directly managing relations with Headquarters and other corporate stakeholders.Take care of updating the DB Processes within the Process Management tool Model-To-Go (M2Go).Prepare periodic process‑related reporting for Headquarter.Map and update business processes through interviews with business users and analysis of internal documentation, and represent them in flowcharts using M2Go.Support Process Owners in analyzing business processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.Assist in the development and enforcement of process compliance and governance standards.Monitor and evaluate process performance metrics to assess the impact of changes.Design, document, and implement optimized business workflows and procedures.Gather and analyze candidatures for the automation of new processes.Coordinate the identification and census of SoD conflicts identified within business processes, interfacing with VW Bank's Access Identity Management (AIM) Function.Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business process management.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.Proficiency with process mapping tools (e.g. M2GO, Visio, or similar).Proven experience in business process analysis, improvement, or management.Full proficiency in English (written and oral).Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.Advanced SAS knowledge.Knowledge of Office 365, particularly Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI.Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies is a plus.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.Strong planning and project‑management skills.Desired AttributesPassion for technology and innovation.Open‑minded and curious.Analytical, detail‑oriented and organized.Stressed‑resilient and good stress management.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Highly motivated and proactive problem‑solving approach.BenefitsPermanent contract with smart working.Collaborative culture that values innovation and cross‑functional teamwork.Global impact working within Volkswagen’s prestigious network.Work‑life balance supported by a supportive and inclusive environment for professional development.LocationMilan, Lombardy, ItalyContactEmail: #J-18808-Ljbffr
