The Assistant Human Resources Manager supports the HR Manager at Splendido, a Belmond Hotel across a broad range of HR functions. This role will be instrumental in contributing to the hotel's success by assisting in the execution of HR strategies related to training and development, learning initiatives, HR reporting, HRIS systems, talent acquisition, and employer branding.Main duties and responsibilitiesSupport the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and onboarding new hires.Assist in the planning of training sessions and learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and knowledge.Support the HR Manager in the analysis of HR reports.Assist in the maintenance of HRIS systems, ensuring data accuracy and efficient workflow processes.Contribute to employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and promote Splendido and Belmond as employer of choice.Assist with the administration of employee benefits programs as well as special initiatives for employees' wellbeing.Be an ambassador of Belmond's values, standards, and policies at all times, both within and outside the workplace.RequirementsAround 5 years of experience in a Human Resources generalist role, preferably within the hospitality industry.Proven experience in supporting various HR functions, including talent acquisition, training, and employee relations.Familiarity with HRIS systems and a strong understanding of HR reporting and analytics.Fluency in English is essential. Knowledge of Italian is highly desirable.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees at all levels.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.A proactive, solution-oriented approach, with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering outstanding results.BenefitsCompetitive compensation, according to C.C.N.L.
