Scopri i loro valori, il modo in cui lavorano e la career ladder nel loro handbook pubblico : Descrizione del ruolo Siamo alla ricerca di Data Scientist con un profilo che può spaziare da Junior (DS I) a mid-level (DS II) che lavorino 100% in remoto dall’Italia. Il ruolo è pensato per persone curiose orientate ai problemi reali e appassionate di modelli prodotti e automazione. In base alla tua esperienza potrai occuparti di attività con autonomia crescente e responsabilità maggiori nel team. Cosa farai Comprendere obiettivi di business e tradurli in soluzioni basate sui dati Sviluppare, sperimentare e ottimizzare modelli di machine learning Applicare best practice di ingegneria del software (test, git, SDLC) e supportare flussi MLOps Valutare, monitorare e migliorare le performance dei modelli in produzione Collaborare con team cross‑funzionali e comunicare risultati anche a interlocutori non tecnici (Livello II) Proporre soluzioni, guidare tecnicamente alcuni ambiti e supportare colleghi più junior Requisiti richiesti Livello I (Junior) Laurea in Informatica, Ingegneria, Matematica, Statistica o simile Esperienza con ML/AI anche attraverso progetti universitari o stage (fino a 2 anni) Ottima conoscenza di Python e interesse per software engineering e MLOps Capacità di lavorare in team e comunicare in italiano e inglese Livello II (Mid) Tutti i requisiti di cui sopra per il livello I Più di 2 anni di esperienza in progetti di Machine Learning/AI Autonomia nell’analisi dei requisiti e nel design di soluzioni Conoscenza approfondita di almeno uno dei principali framework (scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch) Cosa offre l'azienda Full remote dall’Italia con strumenti e supporto per lavorare al massimo Da 30.000 a 48.500 lordi annui in base al livello di esperienza e al posizionamento nella ladder Budget formazione: circa 1.000 / anno, tempo dedicato mensile per studio e certificazioni Welcome pack con laptop e attrezzature Career ladder strutturata e trasparente (tutorial mentoring review periodiche) Opportunità di partecipare a una conferenza all’anno Benefit welfare buoni pasto (7 / day) Agile Nomads Experience: possibilità di lavorare all’estero per 2 settimane Ambiente inclusivo e orientato alla crescita personale e professionale This job posting is open to candidates of all genders in accordance with Italian Laws 903/77 and 125/91 and to people of all ages and nationalities in accordance with Legislative Decrees 215/03 and 216/03. #J-18808-Ljbffr
