You'll be a key senior member of this nascent division within the Satispay Group, playing an instrumental role in driving our ambitious plans to expand the scope of this business.Here’s What Your Day-to-day Will Look LikeLead the development and execution of new investment product initiatives - with a focus on simplicity, transparency, and user-centric designDefine, evaluate and pursue strategic business lines for potential future investment products offering - exploring areas such as crypto, thematic investments, pensions, trading platform, robo-advisoryServe in management capacity of the licensed MIFID investment firm - ensuring adherence to all relevant regulatory obligationsRelationship building and stakeholder engagement - build and maintain relationships with key marketplace participants, including traditional investment and blockchain platforms and fund managersCollaborate with cross-functional teams - (Product, Legal, Compliance, Operations) to bring new investment offerings to marketAct as a thought partner - on the long-term growth and direction of Satispay’s investment offering.Expect challenges, collaboration, and the freedom to bring your ideas to life. If you’re detail-oriented and ready to take ownership in a dynamic setting, you’ll fit right in Does this sound like you?Relevant experience – 5–10 years of experience in financial services, ideally in investment product development, strategy, or within a regulated investment firm.Track record of successfully driving new business initiatives – from concept to execution.Strong understanding of EU financial regulations – with direct experience navigating MIFID II frameworks and/or VASP/MiCA crypto framework; You are also familiar with regulatory regimes in Luxembourg and/or Italy.Strong Interest or experience in digital assets or crypto markets – considered a strong plus.Entrepreneurial mindset – with a pragmatic approach to problem-solving and decision-making.Passion for Fintech and innovation – you are excited by Fintech and enjoy working in a dynamic, evolving environment.Language proficiency – you are fluent in English, with knowledge of Italian considered a strong advantage.Don't worry if you don't tick every box.
