Who you'll work with You will lead Nike’s marketing vision across Italy, partnering directly with EMEA leadership and senior cross‑functional stakeholders to shape the brand’s presence in one of Europe’s most influential markets. You will collaborate with marketplace, creative, insights, sports marketing, communications, and community impact teams to deliver distinctive ideas and experiences that inspire. You will set direction, drive alignment, and ensure Italy’s voice is represented in regional and global conversations. You will lead a multidisciplinary marketing team, supported by specialists across brand, retail, operations, and energy marketing. Together, they provide the breadth and depth needed to deliver Nike’s brand vision across Italy. Who we’re looking for We are seeking a senior leader with the vision, authority, and experience to define Nike’s marketing future in Italy. You’ll bring: Proven senior leadership experience in brand, digital, and retail marketing with strong commercial acumen.
