This includes deploying, monitoring and maintaining networks and system architectures, as well as troubleshooting and resolving errors or inefficiencies to ensure all systems run smoothly and reliably.The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to help define system requirements and actively contributing to the training and knowledge transfer for junior engineers and technicians, fostering their technical development.What You'll DoThe main responsibilities of this role are:Maintain back and front-end applications, and in identifying and fixing issues that impact systems infrastructure and QoSSupport Manager in developing a structured framework to determine potential inefficiencies and problems based on the analysis of network data and infrastructureTake part in the exchanges with the management team for the assessment and definition of the systems requirementsManage the deployment, monitoring and maintaining of network architecture and computer systems infrastructure, and the deployment and maintaining of automation toolsProvide training and knowledge exchange for junior system engineers and techniciansWhat You'll NeedBachelor's or master's degree in computer engineering, computer science or mathematicsExperience of at least 3 years in a similar role, with focus technical troubleshooting. Preference for candidates having covered a similar role in the telecommunications industryDetail-oriented with good interpersonal and personal effectiveness skillsAbility to work in a teamCapability to work under intense pressure, and problem-solving skillsHigh degree of commitment and diligenceGood knowledge of Linux, Windows and Virtualization Environment (VMWare, KVM, AWS, Azure)Strong knowledge of networking fundamentals, including IP addressing, subnetting, VLANs, and related concepts (DNS, DHCP, LDAP, HTTP, NTP)Knowledge of SAN and Fiber channel network managementKnowledge of SQL and XML languages, shell scripting, Java and PythonKnowledge of backup systems such as Veeam or BaculaExperience with oriented programming and system integrationExcellent written and oral skills in English, French is an assetWhere You'll BeTurin or Cagliari, Italy.
