Regional Tax Lead Europe, Africa and Middle East Reports to the Business Chief Financial Officer and the Robotics Global Head of Tax. This role provides regional responsibility for managing direct and indirect tax matters across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa (EMEA), shaping and leading the Robotics Tax function to ensure compliance, drive tax optimisation, and support business growth through expert guidance and strong stakeholder engagement. Key Responsibilities Build and lead the Robotics Tax function in EMEA, managing Regional Tax Specialists and overseeing the regional legal and tax structure. Ensure tax compliance across the region, implement global tax initiatives, and establish controls, processes, and risk frameworks. Drive effective tax rate (ETR) improvements, identify tax savings opportunities, and support simplification and efficiency initiatives. Act as Country Tax Responsible for selected countries – overseeing filings, approvals, audits, disputes, managing outsourced providers, internal controls, and other country tax matters. Advise the business on tax implications of transactions, maintain strong relationships with external advisors and authorities, and collaborate with key stakeholders to support decision‑making and planning. Location & Work Model Preferred location within Europe. Work model is hybrid. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in accounting, finance, tax, or law. Minimum 10 years of proven experience in direct and/or indirect tax, ideally in multinational settings. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide teams and collaborate across functions. Excellent analytical capability and the ability to work independently in a fast‑moving environment. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with proven stakeholder influence and engagement experience. What’s in it for you?
