The company is backed by a leading institutional investor in digital assets.Location: Remote from anywhere | Start date: ASAP | Languages: English (required)Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, build, and operate scalable production infrastructure using Docker, Kubernetes, and AWS/GCP.Own deployment architecture and runtime environments for execution nodes and backend services.Build and maintain secure key‑management systems for API keys, wallets, and exchange integrations.Implement monitoring, logging, alerting, and incident response for mission‑critical systems.Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and developer workflows (GitHub Actions).Optimize infrastructure for reliability, security, performance, and cost.Collaborate closely with backend engineers supporting execution, settlement, and receipts systems.Ensure platform stability as the system scales to thousands of autonomous trading agents.Contribute to infrastructure best practices, automation, and operational documentation.Qualifications5+ years of experience in Backend, DevOps, Platform, or Infrastructure Engineering.Strong hands‑on experience with Docker and Kubernetes in production.Solid experience operating systems on AWS and/or GCP.Security‑first mindset with experience in key management, access control, and secrets handling.Experience with monitoring and observability tooling (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, or similar).Strong scripting skills in Python, Bash, or similar.Experience running production systems with on‑call ownership and incident response.Bonus PointsBackground in fintech, trading systems, or Web3 infrastructure.Experience supporting high‑frequency or low‑latency systems.Familiarity with crypto exchanges, wallets, or custody systems.Experience scaling distributed systems under real financial risk.Startup experience or comfort working in fast‑moving, ambiguous environments.BenefitsCompetitive salary commensurate with experience.Flexible PTO and sick leave.Fully remote‑friendly with flexible working hours.Access to cutting‑edge AI and trading technologies.Opportunity to design and own core infrastructure.Direct impact on platform reliability and security.Pragmatike is dedicated to a fair, transparent, and inclusive recruitment process.
