Valentino is looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support the Talent & People Development Department based in Milan . The resource will support the team in the following activities:
- Support the recruitment process with a main focus on internships and entry level profiles (job posting, CV screening, interviews/assessment, on boarding);
- Support the maintenance and update of the internship reports and dashboards in alignment with Talent Acquisition metrics and KPIs;
- Actively support the Employer Branding team in their activities;
- Support the TA and EB team in the monitoring of the candidate's experience satisfactory.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Humanistic subjects;
- Master in HR will be considered a plus;
- Previous experience in recruiting in multinational company or recruiting agency is a nice to have;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel in particular);
- Fluent both in English and Italian;
- Agile mindset and \"thinking out of the box\" approach;
- Excellent time management and organizational and problem-solving skills.
