We do not have an immediate hiring need.The role of Project Manager is a key leadership position, responsible for:Ensuring compliance with company quality, environmental, safety, and health proceduresDefining, maintaining, and monitoring project-specific procedures and quality assurance plansProviding project reporting and forecasting against project programs to clients and internallyReviewing and implementing project delivery strategies to meet company objectives and recommending revisions as neededEstablishing and managing the project budgetResponding to customer feedbackDeveloping project delivery strategies proactivelyDelivering projects on quality, time, and budgetProblem-solving attitudeRequirementsMinimum of a degree (or equivalent) with proven track record in project delivery within project managementAt least 10 years' experience in project management in engineering firmsSpecific experience in delivering Data Center projects in Europe, greenfield and/or brownfield, above 20MW in the last 5 yearsSuccessfully managing hyperscale or colocation Data Center design projects in Europe with main international clientsExperience managing multi-office projectsAbility to plan, control, and monitor design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phasesProviding support and mentorship to personnel to ensure professional standardsExcellent communication, organizational, interpersonal, and negotiation skillsStrong problem-solving and team-working skillsLeadership and people management skillsOther requirementsFluent in English (written and spoken); Italian language fluency is essentialAvailability for frequent travel or short-term assignments abroadHigh safety awarenessWe value diversity and inclusion, welcoming people regardless of age, disabilities, gender identity, race, faith, sexual orientation, socioeconomic background, or family status.
