Field Trainer Location:Milano – National Coverage (Italy)Opportunity: We are looking for a dynamic and passionateField Trainerto join our Retail division. In this itinerant role, you will cover the entire Italian territory, combining training and sell-out support to ensure retail excellence and strong brand advocacy. Reporting to the Sell Out Manager, you will be responsible for delivering impactful training programs, coaching Beauty Advisors in-store, and directly engaging with clients to drive sales.
