We’re looking for a talented and experienced Senior Lighting Designer to join our team at LightScene Studio, lighting design firm based in Milan. The candidate should be a highly professional individual with exceptional organizational and time‑management skills. They must be resourceful, conscientious, and dedicated to their work, with a strong attention to detail. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills are essential.Qualifications5‑7 years of experience in lighting design, with a strong understanding of the field across different project typesA proven ability to lead and direct a team of lighting professionalsProficiency in AutoCAD/Revit and 3D modeling softwareExpertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and MS OfficeExcellent organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyA deep appreciation for design communication and the ability to translate concepts into realityStrong time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple projects effectivelyResponsibilitiesCompleting all phases of lighting design projects, from initial conception to final executionProvide guidance and reviewing to junior lighting designers and internsDevelop creative lighting solutions that meet client briefs, budgets, and standardsParticipate in client and design team meetings, potentially involving travelConduct technical tasks such as lighting calculations, research fixture options, review samples, and build mockupsPreparing the project presentationPlan and execute lighting mockups as needed throughout the project lifecycleAnalyze cost estimates and adjust designs to meet budgetary constraintsMonitor construction progress, issue field reports, and oversee the final installation and programming of lighting systemsSalary and benefits are competitive and based on candidate experienceEligibility to work in Italy without sponsorshipPlease send your CV along with your portfolio to: with subject “Senior Lighting Designer Application”#J-18808-Ljbffr
