About the Role As our Senior Program Manager , you will lead major creative programs and serve as the primary point of contact for clients. You'll oversee brand, campaign, and multi-workstream initiatives—guiding clients through strategy, feedback, decision-making, and ensuring structured, thoughtful, and consistent delivery. This role is ideal for someone who has been both the PM and the AM inside an agency—someone who thrives in leading delivery and client partnership side by side, and who brings clarity, calm, and leadership to every engagement.
