Stiamo cercando un 3D Animation Designer (3ds Max + V-Ray) per entrare nel team di Tredigraph srl, con sede a Spilamberto (MO) e modalità di lavoro ibrida. Nel ruolo, a tempo pieno, ti occuperai della produzione di animazioni 3D di alta qualità (modellazione, setup scena, lighting, rendering e output) per progetti destinati alla comunicazione B2B industriale. Collaborerai con il team creativo e di produzione per trasformare brief e specifiche tecniche in contenuti visivi efficaci, mantenendo standard elevati di qualità, dettaglio e coerenza estetica. Attività principali Produzione di animazioni 3D con 3ds Max + V-Ray (modellazione, materiali, luci, camere, rendering). Cura del dettaglio e ottimizzazione delle scene per qualità e tempi di produzione. Collaborazione con il team per allineamento su stile, timing, output e revisioni. Supporto in post-produzione (compositing/ritocchi) quando necessario. Gestione delle consegne nel rispetto di scadenze e specifiche di progetto. Ottima conoscenza di 3ds Max e V-Ray, con esperienza nella produzione di animazioni e rendering di qualità. Portfolio che dimostri competenze tecniche e qualità del risultato (animazione, lighting, shading, rendering). Forte attenzione a composizione, inquadrature, timing e dettaglio. Capacità di lavorare in team, organizzazione, gestione delle priorità e orientamento alle scadenze. Elementi preferenziali Esperienza con After Effects, Premiere Pro e/o Photoshop per compositing e rifiniture. Esperienza in ambito industriale/tecnologico (macchinari, impianti, prodotti). Interesse per nuove tecniche e workflow (ottimizzazione, pipeline, tool e trend del settore). #J-18808-Ljbffr
