SAP IT Consultant

With a commitment to innovation and excellence, we serve a global customer base, providing solutions that enhance the efficiency and functionality of appliances.Responsibilities: This position will be our global representative for Supply Chain & Sales & Back Office applications, providing 3o. level support and expertise for all systems in scope, working directly with corporate / global teams, and interface with local (plants) teams. In the specific the main responsibilities are:Create & Design solutions, lead technical implementations, and deployment of SAP system and SC&S&BO applications, fostering standardization and best practices, from Concept to ProductionEstablish global standards for SAP COe (Center of Operational Excellence), fostering Business Operational ExcellenceSupport all plants to operate the delivery solutions and support digitalization projects in the SC&S&BO domainEncourages business partner(s) in gaining more and better comprehension of SC&S&BO system features and usage, fostering User ExperiencePartnership with local IT teams to resolve complex issues and ensure proper root cause is identified and preventative actions are implementedDocument IT Global Standards for SC&S&BO systems and be responsible for disseminating SC&S&BO systems knowledge for local teamsRequirements:Strong Project Management skills, with a proven experience in managing projects in IT and / or business areasBachelor Degree (IT, Engineering or others)Be able to work well with the business end users, SAP functional leads, Supply Chain, Sales and operations personnel to be effectiveAbility / Flexibility and agility to deal with multiple projects running simultaneouslyFluent in English and in Italian, Spanish is a plusAvailability to TravelTechnical skills:SAP consultant & other Supply Chain and Sales and Back Office applications, with experience on SAP complex implementations, Integrations and SupportStrong Technical skills at least in two of the following modules : SD (Sales & Distribution), MM (Materials Management), PP (Production Planning), FI (Financial Accounting) / CO (Controlling), Strong Project Management skillsSoft skills:Demonstrated ability to act professionally with diverse groups and functional / technical subject matter expertsDemonstrated critical thinking skills, ability to accurately analyze information, and make sound decisionsWork with minimum guidance and be able to get things done, driven for resultsLeadership, Negotiating, Influencing, CollaboratingSelf-management such as active learning, resilience, stress tolerance and flexibilityWorkplace: Pordenone (PN) with flexibility for smart working.#J-18808-Ljbffr
