Per conto di un nostro importante cliente, General Contractor di matrice francese, siamo alla ricerca di un Construction Manager per progetti in ambito Hotellerie, Retail e Residenziale di lusso. Richieste trasferte settimanali per la gestione del cantiere. Nello specifico la persona ricercata si occuperà di : Preventivazione con valutazioni tecniche ed economiche di attività richieste Gestione di progetti (organizzazione e gestione del personale in cantiere, sopralluoghi, individuazione dei materiali da ordinare per organizzare le liste e gli ordini, gestione fornitori e sub-appaltatori), Verifiche sulla sicurezza del cantiere Gestione dei rapporti con il cliente Consuntivi dove richiesto Proposte e valutazioni delle varianti sui cantieri a seguito di valutazioni tecniche dei progetti Verifica / analisi stato avanzamento lavori #J-18808-Ljbffr
