In particular, you will be responsible for: Design effective prompts that guide the AI model toward useful, accurate, and relevant responses, as well as test and evaluate them to determine which generate the best results. Manage user feedback to understand how prompts can be improved or adapted to better meet their needs. Ensure compliance with ethical and regulatory constraints, following guidelines especially regarding bias, privacy, and security. Management of documentation and reporting. Research and development to stay up to date with the latest trends and advancements in AI and machine learning. Collaborate with development teams and Data Scientists. What skills are we looking for? In‑depth knowledge of language models for virtual assistants. Experience in automation processes for testing and prompt evaluation. Understanding of basic software development concepts in Python. Proficiency in language models (Generative AI). Knowledge of software versioning strategies (Git).
