Leading financial services multinationalInternational environment focused on technological innovationAzienda Leading financial services multinational.OffertaTradingAlgo Design and DevelopmentTranslate clients' algo trading requirements into detailed specifications that will be implemented by developers.Collaborate with Traders, Quants and Developers to develop and refine trading algorithms that respond accurately to market dynamics.Optimize performance at design level to ensure operations in real-time trading environments.Maintain comprehensive and structured documentation of trading algorithms.Contribute to the evolution of the company's trading framework to support scalability and reusability across products and regions.Quality, Accountability, Efficiency, and ComplianceTake full ownership of trading algorithms and ensure delivery in line with deadlines, SLAs, and quality expectations.Apply rigorous testing, regression testing, and performance validation to ensure product stability and compliance, in collaboration with the Quality Assurance team.Maintain strict confidentiality of trading algorithms, proprietary code, and client data.Contribute to defining and enforcing practices in testing, release governance, and production readiness.Uphold accountability and professionalism in all algo design decisions, ensuring clarity of ownership and alignment with company goals.Provide regular updates and report activities to management.Collaboration and Client SuccessWork in close partnership with Traders, Quants, Product Owners, Business Analysis, Developers and Quality Assurance teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs.Translate user feedback and business requirements into actionable technical improvements.Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders, ensuring transparency, reliability, and responsiveness.Promote a culture centered on client success, customer care, and operational excellence in every aspect of software delivery.Actively contribute to maintaining trusted relationships with clients by ensuring the reliability and competitiveness of the company's trading solutions.Learning, Growth, and ContributionCommit to continuous professional growth through on-the-job learning and self-study.Be informed about new technologies, practices, trading workflows, and financial markets.Show initiative, curiosity, and dedication to becoming a fully autonomous trading algorithms specialist.Competenze ed esperienzaBSC in Financial Engineering or relevant field.Deep knowledge of financial markets and electronic trading workflowsProved experience on trading algorithms design.Understanding of software development life cycle and of computing fundamentals (algorithms, data structures, concurrency, design patterns).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with an eye for detail and optimization.Accountability, efficiency, and autonomy in managing deliverables and commitments.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to interact directly with Traders and Quants.High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and respect for compliance requirements.Team-oriented mindset with the ability to inspire and elevate colleagues.Fluency in English and Italian.Motivation for continuous learning and growth in financial software and algorithmic trading technologies.Completa l'offertaInternational work environment10 days of working from homeCompetitive salaryMBO#J-18808-Ljbffr
