Security Supervisor

**About the role** The Security Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day security force of the resort to ensure the safety and security of all guests, employees and property. The role includes risk, loss management of the property, supporting workplace safety, life/fire safety systems, and preventing situations that could jeopardize the safety and operation of the hotel. The ideal candidate must have strong communication and problem-solving skills.-Promote safety, awareness and enforcement throughout the hotel to reduce accidents and loss by providing training as required. Initiate and assist with Worker’s Compensation reports.-Respond to all emergency calls including Emergency Response Team calls. Will assist base building when needed.
