STIGA is a leading European manufacturer and distributor of lawnmowers and power garden equipment, with over 90 years of experience in the market.We are consistently curious, conscious of trends, inspiring, and visionary – just like our customers.We are looking for aQuality Process Engineerto join the Local Quality Department for a six months internship in our HQ located in Castelfranco VenetoACCOUNTABILITY & OBJECTIVESPerform Quality Internal AuditDevelop and maintain the Quality Management System in compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015Management of customer claimsPromote Continuous Improvement.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESPlan and support the execution of internal audits, issue audit reports, identify improvement opportunities, and monitor the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actionsEnsure that quality documentation (procedures, work instructions, forms) is up-to-date and accessible via the intranetMonitor changes in ISO standards and customer-specific requirements; update the QMS accordingly to ensure ongoing complianceDraft, revise, and verify quality procedures and work instructions in collaboration with process ownersAnalyse quality data and trends to detect root causes and identify areas for improvementSupport and participate in third-party audits and customer auditsCross-functional Collaboration: work closely with all departments to ensure quality requirements are understood and metSupport the Quality Team in enhancing process effectiveness and efficiencyCollaborate with the Quality Manager to define priorities and focus areas for quality improvement initiativesSkills & qualificationsQUALIFICATIONSUniversity degree (e.g. Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering)A Master and/or any other further qualification related to Quality Management is appreciated (e.g. qualified auditor, Six Sigma black or green belt)University degree with specialization on Quality is highly appreciatedA previous internship experience in Quality Management is appreciatedKNOWLEDGEA good knowledge of Quality Management is neededA good knowledge of Quality Systems is required (ISO 9001)Knowledge of most important quality tools is appreciated (Statistical Process Control, FMEA, PPAP, Capability study, Control Plan)Knowledge of most diffused IT tools is neededLANGUAGESFluency in Italian.
