What You’ll Be Doing As a Customer Advisor you’ll help Italian-speaking customers with their questions always with empathy patience and a smile. You’ll be guided by training supported by your team and grow your skills every day. Responsibilities Answering customer questions via phone, email or chat Helping people solve everyday issues (training will be provided) Keeping things friendly clear and professional Learning how to use tools and systems that make your job easier Being a brand ambassador customers can count on You Dont Need Experience Just the Right Mindset Qualifications You are a fluent Italian You speak English at a conversational level (B2) You are comfortable using a computer and willing to learn You are ready to work in rotating shifts (morning / evening / weekends) You are positive patient and enjoy talking to people You are open to new challenges and want to grow Bonus points if You’ve worked in retail hospitality or any customer-facing role You’ve helped friends / family with tech problems or enjoy solving small issues How We Support You From day one you’ll receive : Full training (paid) no experience needed Support from mentors team leaders and your new colleagues Opportunities to learn and grow within the company What We Offer We know relocating and starting something new can be a big step that’s why we’ve made it easy for you.
