Every video on our social channels. Every ad we run on Meta, Google, TikTok. Every product video in our app. Every webinar we host. Every educational asset we publish. You create it, produce it, host it, and ship it. This is not a single-channel role. This is not \"social media management.\" This is end-to-end content ownership, from idea to distribution to iteration. We’re looking for someone who thrives in chaos, ships fast, and walks the extra mile—someone who's not only a skilled creator, but also brings ownership, startup mindset, and the creative agility to become one of the faces of the brand.What You’ll DoAs a Social Media Strategist & Content Creator, you will own the entire content function and shape how Holifya communicates with the world.Social Media ContentCreate high-quality content every week across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube;Be on camera and become one of the faces of the brand;Produce educational, trust-building, community-driven content with fast execution and a strong point of view.Paid Ads & Performance ContentCreate content for Meta, Google, TikTok ads;Produce multiple variants for A/B testing;Work closely with Growth / Marketing to iterate based on performance;UGC-style ads, talking-head ads, community-driven creatives.Product & Brand ContentExplainer videos for app and website;Onboarding videos for new patients;Testimonials and case studies;Brand and partnership videos.Webinars & Live ContentPlan, organise, and host educational webinars;Coordinate with medical and clinical team;Manage live Q&A and community events;Repurpose long-form content into high-performing short clips.Content OperationsBuild systems so content scales;Brief and coordinate freelancers or creators when needed;Document what works so we can repeat it.Who We’re Looking ForTo excel in this role :Must Have2–3+ years of hands-on experience in a startup, scale-up, or agencyA portfolio of content you’ve personally created across multiple formatsComfortable on camera—natural, confident, credibleUnderstanding of performance marketing and why content convertsStrong writing skills : hooks, scripts, ads, emails, landing pagesA strong bias toward executionFluent in Italian and EnglishBased in Milan or willing to relocateNice to HaveBackground in healthcare, life sciences, biomedical, medicine, psychology, nutrition, or adjacent fieldsAbility to use AI tools (e.g., Sora, generative video, automation tools) to speed up productionVideo editing skills (fast, pragmatic, not perfectionist)What We OfferFlexible working hours and a hybrid work modelHiring ProcessCV Screening – We review your experience and portfolio links (if any)90-second video – A quick video introduction to assess your on-camera presence and communication styleIntro Call – A first chat with our Hiring Manager to get to know each other and assess cultural fitBusiness Case – A creative task to evaluate your visual and content thinkingFinal Interview – A conversation with our founders : the CPO and the CEO, to discuss on business case, vision and mindsetDiversity and Inclusion at HolifyaAt Holifya, we believe that innovation thrives in a diverse and inclusive environment.
