JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and collaborate with CRM/marketing team, vendors and partners on the development and execution of CRM Campaigns, upselling, cross selling, churn and segmentation. Drive campaign, segment strategies, and the execution to deploy customer interactions across direct and intermediate channels. Experience in interpreting data analysis and working knowledge of campaign management software packages is crucial for the success of this role. Technical usage with software packages such as Unica, Oracle Responses, SQL will be highly regarded.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
Identify the right audience/targets by addressing customers with relevant and personalized offers leveraging analytics and big data solutions across multiple channels (Direct Mail, Email, SMS). Campaign management Optimize audience size and selection criteria for effective marketing campaign collaborating with the different campaign teams using segmentation and available modeling IP reputation monitoringNETWORK OF INTERACTION:
INTERNAL: Different CRM campaign teams, Customer Analytics, CRM Demand Manager, HQ commercial department, IT CRM

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE:
Proven analytical skills and proficient in interpreting data analysis. Educational Background : degree in Economics, Statistic, Physics, Math etc. Ability to profile data. Good logic and thinking capabilities. Good understanding of campaign and data tolls (Unica, Oracle Responsys, SQL) and reputation tool (es. Everest platform/Return Path) Good communication, presentation and influencing skills Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines Strong problem solving capabilities Excellent attention to detailLANGUAGES:

English
