Per multinazionale leader a livello mondiale , con una divisione specializzata nei Medical Devices , ricerchiamo un/una Europe Service Engineer con esperienza su tecnologie X-Ray / CT . La risorsa avrà un ruolo chiave nel garantire elevati standard di assistenza tecnica e customer satisfaction per clienti e partner a livello europeo, contribuendo all’introduzione di nuove tecnologie e al miglioramento continuo dei processi di Service. Responsabilità principali Assistenza tecnica ai clienti europei, da remoto e on-site Installazione e supporto su apparecchiature X-Ray / CT Supporto e coordinamento della rete Service europea Gestione attività di New Product Introduction (NPI) in collaborazione con HQ Formazione dei Service Partner e dealer Monitoraggio KPI di qualità e customer satisfaction Gestione escalation tecniche e reportistica verso HQ Collaborazione con il team Sales per un servizio integrato al cliente Requisiti Diploma tecnico o Laurea 3–5 anni di esperienza nel Service su tecnologie X-Ray / CT Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese Disponibilità a trasferte frequenti in Europa (circa 60%) Spiccate capacità di problem solving e gestione di attività complesse Cosa offriamo Contesto internazionale, solido e altamente innovativo Modalità di lavoro ibrida Formazione continua e sviluppo professionale Welfare aziendale, ticket restaurant e benefit dedicati #J-18808-Ljbffr
