Get AI-powered advice on this job and more exclusive features.Remote / Hybrid – Europe | Equity Only (Pre‑Seed Stage)ETEON is a deep‑tech startup building an AI‑driven ecosystem to redefine how talent is assessed and developed.We blend Generative AI , psychometrics , and interactive UX to create adaptive and immersive digital experiences.We’re looking for a UX/UI Engineer who can work closely with our product & software teams to design intuitive, high‑quality interfaces and also support marketing with visual content creation and brand materials.This is a hybrid creative role: part product designer , part visual designer , part systems thinker .What You’ll DoDesign UX/UI for web modules, cognitive tasks, and interactive assessmentsCreate prototypes and collaborate directly with engineersBuild visually coherent design systemsSupport marketing with graphics, visuals, and content designContribute to both product experience and brand identityStrong UX/UI design skills (Figma or similar)Solid graphic design abilities (visual hierarchy, layout, typography)Ability to work with developers and understand technical constraintsExperience creating marketing visuals and contentExperience with interactive or gamified UXFamiliarity with AI tools and generative workflowsExperience in startups or early‑stage environmentsWhat We OfferEquity‑based collaboration (no salary until seed round)A key role shaping ETEON’s product UX and overall visual identityHigh autonomy & direct collaboration with founders and R&DWork in a multidisciplinary environment mixing AI, psychology, and designJoin us and help build the future of human potential.#J-18808-Ljbffr
