Are you looking to use your knowledge and experience to help customers and SCIEX to further develop a strong partnership?Junior Service Admin Coordinator (f/m/d)This position is part of the EMEA Customer Service Team and is our contact person for customers to identify their service needs and determine appropriate action or escape for further review.ResponsibilitiesBasic collaboration with Field Service Engineers (FSE) requests. Acts as intermediary between customer, third‑party vendors and Service EngineersLearns to apply company policies and procedures to quote processing, invoicing including coordination of all field service related tasksForster interpersonal skills to manage and resolve customer complaintsEssential RequirementsHigh School diploma (A level), apprenticeship or equivalentWillingness to develop in a multicultural environmentC1 Level Language Skills (English + Italian)Preferred ExperienceOrder administration role, preferably in a fast‑changing service environmentWorking with CRM System - Salesforce and OracleSCIEX, a Danaher company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
