The company Leading European company in rail leasing. They are looking for a: Rail Fleet Manager The roleManage the delivery, redelivery, and operation of a locomotive fleet. Provide technical support and ensure high-quality service for customers. Monitor fleet performance and identify improvement opportunities. Support accident repairs, heavy maintenance, and contract management. Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with European and national regulations. Guarantee safe operation of the locomotives.RequirementsDegree in mechanical or electrical engineering, or equivalent experience. At least five years of experience in the rail industry. Ability to build strong relationships with colleagues, customers, and suppliers. Fluent in Italian, German, and English. Fähigkeit, starke Beziehungen zu Kollegen, Kunden und Lieferanten aufzubauen. Fließend in Italienisch, Deutsch und Englisch.
