About CEICEI (Carbon Efficiency Intelligence) is a SaaS platform for industrial manufacturers. We plug into existing meters, utility data and plant systems to find 5–15% energy and carbon savings from operational waste – not capex-heavy retrofits.The product is built, live, and pilot outreach has started. Now we need a founding commercial leader to own revenue and distribution.Compensation: Equity / ownership path until funding or revenue milestones. No salary at this stage. If this is you keep reading.RoleAs Head of Industrial Sales & Partnerships , you own:ICP & pipeline – define our initial beachhead (mid-sized manufacturers in Europe) and build a focused target list (100–150 plants).Full-cycle sales – outreach, discovery, shaping pilot offers, negotiation, and closing.Pilots to ARR – turn pilots into recurring subscriptions and multi-site deals.Partnerships – develop relationships with ESCOs, energy consultants, industrial associations, OEMs to open doors.You report directly to the founder and set your own weekly commercial agenda.What success looks like (first 12 months)10–15 qualified conversations per month with target plants.3–5 pilots closed with real industrial sites (not free trials).≥50% pilot → subscription / LOI conversion .2–3 channel partners actively sending intros.Clear commercial proof to support a seed / round-one raise.What you bring5+ years B2B sales or BD in at least one: industrial manufacturing, energy services/ESCOs, industrial SaaS / analytics.Proven track record closing new business with plant managers, operations leaders, maintenance managers or CFOs.Comfortable selling technical / data-heavy solutions and translating them into € savings, payback and CO₂ impact.You build your own pipeline (target lists, outbound, sequences), not just work inbound.Strong written and verbal communication (outreach emails, decks, proposals, boardroom conversations).Understanding of how factories actually run (shifts, loads, utility bills, energy KPIs).Owner mindset – you want upside and responsibility, not a safe quota job.Fluent English; Italian or another major European language is a plus.
