Working environment of a Global OrganisationMain ResponsibilitiesTo be the the responsible ot tranmisssion designTo manage interactions between chef engineer, design specialists, Component DFMEA team, virtual validation team and CAD team to guide transmission design accordly to system and customer specificationsTo work with design specialist to define thecical solutions To be responsible of transmission BOMTo be responsible of main compionents development ( from TRA’s with supplier to production kick-off)To be design reference person during develomepnt ( from virtual analysis to testing phanse)Job RequirementsEducation:  University master degree - MechanicalProfessional Background:•           Min. 3 years in Automotive companies•           Experience in design roles and project technical management•           Experines in mechanical components manufactirung process  •           Experineces in Virtual validation report knowledgeHard SkillsEssential:Experience in mechanincal construnctions and  transmission designKnowledge of material and matufacturing process employed in transmissionsGood understanding of mechanical, electric and hydraulic schematic circuitsDFMEA competencesAutomotive development process knowledge ( design and validation phases, from design to serier components process…)Proficient in both English and ItalianConsidered as a plusAble to take decisions to define best technical solution with limit direct resposnable superviosion2D and 3D skillsBasic knowledge of vehicle control systems including CAN, strategy, calibration, and software release processAwareness of ISO26262 / Functional Safety and Requirements mgt. toolsSoft SkillsStakeholder managementAbility to communicate and effectivelySound analytical and organizational skills with ability to prioritise effectivelyForward-thinking and results-drivenAble to work under pressure“If you are not contacted within 60 days after your application, the search should be considered filled.
