Role We're looking for a Product Manager to help us scale our product quickly and with focus. You’ll be responsible for discovering user needs, listening to their feedback, and working closely with design, engineering, and legal expert teams to deliver features that create real value. Own the end-to-end product lifecycle: discovery , definition , delivery , and iteration . Turn insights from users, data, and internal stakeholders into a clear, actionable product roadmap. Write clear product specs, define user stories, and manage the backlog. Collaborate daily with engineering and design to ship simple, high-impact features. Work cross-teams with sales, marketing, and customer success to ensure smooth launches and feedback loops. Track product metrics, run experiments, and use data to inform decisions. Qualifications 2–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally in early-stage startups. Proven track record of delivering high-quality B2B features in fast-paced environments. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; confident working with product metrics. Excellent communication skills in Italian and English. Self-starter attitude: You take ownership and don’t wait for permission. Familiarity with tools like Figma, Notion, Linear, June, or other product analytics tools.
