The Retail Supervisor is responsible for managing all the sales outlet activities assigned to them. They must guarantee that quantitative objectives (budget, turnover, profitability) and qualitative objectives (Brand image) defined are achieved, in line with the Brand guidelines and company standards. Core Responsibilities Guarantee that quantitative and qualitative objectives of the reference stores are achieved in economic terms (budget, turnover, profitability) and in terms of the correct Brand image. Analyze and conduct diagnostic studies to provide a rapid tactical response based on the specific needs and context of the stores, focusing on a long‑term strategy. For Directly Operated Stores (DOS) or concessions, be directly responsible for resources (people, costs, investments). Qualifications Achieves business targets (budget, turnover, profitability) and promotes growth of stores in its reference area, complying with company guidelines. Manages all costs consistently with the allocated budget. Maintains and improves the image of points of sale, performance of staff and products, guaranteeing customer service in line with company standards and brand philosophy. Manages and controls staff of the POS regarding selection, development, assignment of adequate tasks and targets, in accordance with business objectives and performance expectations. Monitors ongoing activities in stores to implement quick solutions that maintain alignment with business objectives. Enhances staff knowledge through suitable training activities: products, customers, sales techniques, coordination with other brand touchpoints. Manages, coordinates and controls the assigned resources (people, costs, investments). Promotes role learning through proactive, team and digital activities aimed at innovation and improving effectiveness/efficiency of responsibilities. Promotes and develops the use of digital technologies within its function, relation to both process management and interaction with internal and external stakeholders. Adopts significant behaviours and promotes sustainability actions for sustainable development (environment, processes, community).
