You can also enjoy our weekly breakfast and lunch specialsOFFICE DOGS: Dogs in the office are welcomeWe look for a Lead Maintenance & Repair for the regions Europe SouthAs Regional Lead Maintenance & Repair you are a key member of the Market Leadership Team, reporting directly to the Head of Maintenance & Repair (M&R) and working closely with the Head of Market (Station Operations).You’ll lead all Regional Technicians and Damage Control Managers, with indirect oversight of Fleet Condition and Station Detection & Repair Managers.Your mission: drive repair quality, cost efficiency, and vehicle availability across the market — keeping our fleet running smoothly and our operations performing at their best.The role - your passionOwn the Maintenance & Repair (M&R) budget and ensure cost-efficient, high-quality repairs across the market such as Repair Strategy, Workshop Network, Spare Parts InventoryDefine repair strategies per vehicle based on damage reports and operational priorities.Maintain strong vehicle availability by coordinating workshop capacity, scheduling, and spare parts flow.Build and optimize the internal and external workshop network to improve turnaround times and cost efficiency.Lead and develop station repair teams, ensuring consistent performance and technical capability, damage detection rates and sparte parts inventory.Track key KPIs such as repair cost, time, and damage detection accuracy to drive continuous improvement.What You Need To Surf The Wave With UsDegree or Apprenticeship in Mechanical Engineering, Automotive Technology, or similar technical field.8+ years of experience in fleet maintenance, repair, or workshop management.3+ years of direct people management experience, preferably in a technical and operational environmentStrong analytical and budgeting skills with a focus on efficiency and quality.Confident leader with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, multi-site environment; travel to internal stations and external vendors within the market required.Proficient in maintenance or fleet management systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).Ready to surf?You’re perfect for the job?
