Overview We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Data and Reporting Specialist to support the Health, Safety, Environment (HSE) and Sustainability function within the Grid Integration business unit. This role is essential for ensuring accurate data collection, insightful analysis, and impactful reporting that drives performance, compliance, and strategic decision-making. Responsibilities Data Management & Quality Assurance: Collect, validate, and maintain HSE and sustainability data from global operations. Data Management & Quality Assurance: Ensure data integrity, consistency, and compliance with internal and external standards. Data Management & Quality Assurance: Collaborate with regional teams to resolve data gaps or inconsistencies. Reporting & Analytics: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for internal stakeholders and external disclosures. Reporting & Analytics: Develop dashboards and visualizations to track KPIs and trends. Reporting & Analytics: Support regulatory and customer reporting requirements. System & Tool Optimization: Administer and improve data platforms (e.g., Intelex, Power BI, PowerApp, Excel-based tools). System & Tool Optimization: Work with IT and global teams to enhance reporting automation and usability. Stakeholder Collaboration: Liaise with HSE, Sustainability, Finance, and Operations teams to align data needs. Stakeholder Collaboration: Provide training and support to regional users on data entry and reporting tools. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and improve reporting accuracy. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on evolving reporting standards and best practices. Strategic Insights & Benchmarking: Conduct trend analysis and root cause reviews. Strategic Insights & Benchmarking: Benchmarking performance against peers and standards. Strategic Insights & Benchmarking: Supporting strategic initiatives with data-driven recommendations. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Environmental Science, Engineering, or related field. 3+ years of experience in data management, reporting, or analytics in HSE/Sustainability. Proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and enterprise reporting systems. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience with ESG and HSE reporting frameworks (e.g., GRI, CDP, ISO). Fluent in English; other languages are a plus.
