Your opportunityWe are currently looking for a Collection Merchandising Coordinator to join our Dodo Collection Merchandising team.How you will contributeContribute to the definition of product strategy in line with brand’s image and business objectivesManage the product portfolio & product life cycleSupport to the creation of creative briefsCoordinate the product development process with relevant stakeholders (creativity, product development, sales merchandising) from brief to in market phase, ensuring deadlinesManagement of all the product data and ensure correct information on internal toolsProvide weekly and ad hoc product performance analysis, identify growth opportunities and improvement areasMonthly competitors and trend analysis with key learningsPricing analysis, ensuring consistency and marginalityRealize ad hoc documents on new collections, product compatibility, prices and training tools for sales departmentSupport brand team in content creations, visual and events ensuring proper product selection according product strategy, stock levels and high potential investment itemsWho you areDegree in Business management, marketing or similar fields. Majoring in merchandising is considered a plus3+ years of experience in similar rolePassion for jewelry sector and proven experience in the fieldFluent in Italian and English; knowledge of French is a plusProficiency in Excel and PowerPointKnowledge of SAP and Power BI will be considered a plusAnalytical capabilities and numeric attitudeKnowledge of the market, the competitive scenario and current trendsFlexibility, positive and proactive with an open mind attitudeStrong interpersonal skills; team‑work orientedWhy work with us?This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a dynamic team with an unconventional brand that offers possibilities to learn and grow.
