Front Office Assistant The successful candidate will be responsible for: Welcoming customers/suppliers/visitors in Italian and English; Sorting paper and electronic mail; Receiving couriers; Booking taxis and hotels in Italian and English; Preparing meeting rooms. Requirements High school diploma/Degree in Economics/Languages; Excellent knowledge of spoken and written English - minimum Level B2 required; Good knowledge of Office and email; Organizational skills; Flexibility; Experience in similar roles is preferred.
