You will have opportunities to analyze unique business ideas, make data‑driven decisions, and provide input to drive meaningful change. Each graduate will be exposed to upper‑level management (including Vice Presidents and Directors) and will apply general business skills to support successful execution of corporate strategies.About the Business Leadership Course As an MBA hire, you will join a senior position across our various Corporate Organizations (Marketplace, Retail, Amazon Business, Devices) within Amazon Japan. This role is high visibility, strategic in nature, and drives a large part of the Business Customer Experience, working cross‑functionally to bring ideas from conception to execution. You will be responsible for defining the product/program, developing and analyzing success metrics, and driving discussions with executive leaders.The ideal candidate works effectively in a cross‑functional environment and is comfortable communicating with both technical and business stakeholders to solve complicated problems with simple, elegant solutions.
