We are looking for a Contract Specialist for our branch in Arco (TN).

YOUR CHALLENGE WILL BE
  • Conducting operational analysis on contractual KPIs to monitor the current service level provided to customers and suggest or take possible corrective actions
  • Conducting contract document analysis to communicate key information to the departments involved
  • Monitoring current and expiring tender contracts deadlines and promote/carry out tender partecipations also by supporting KAM in the negotiation phase
  • Supervisioning invoicing activities to ensure smooth process
  • Supporting all administrative and back-office activities
  • Preparing customized customer sales presentations
WHO YOU ARE
  • You hold Bachelor’s or master’s degree is Economics/Business Administration or related fields
  • You have experience in the transport sector
  • You are able to use Microsoft Office Suite
  • You speak English
