Working closely with CIOs and senior management, they analyse the strategic requirements and design top-tier solutions to advance from a traditional operating model to an Industry 4.0 environment. Our team has received the SAP Gold Quality Award for business transformation in recognition of its digital transformation, 3D visualisation, paperless processes and data and analytics expertise.As an integral member of the SAP team, you will actively contribute to all stages of the project and work closely with clients.You will work on national and international projects, which include the analysis, design and implementation of bespoke SAP solutions and the optimisation of business processes.Specifically, your tasks may include:Requirements Analysis: work with our clients to understand and analyse business requirements in the retail sector and translate them into SAP Retail solutions.Implementation of Solutions: design, configure and implement SAP Retail solutions, ensuring that they effectively meet the client's specific requirements.Process Optimisation: identifying opportunities to optimise business processes through the efficient use of SAP Retail functionality.Technical Support: provide advanced technical support to internal and external teams to resolve any technical issues or challenges during the implementation and use of SAP Retail.Project Management: manage or actively participate in SAP Retail projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines and budgets.Training: conduct training sessions for end users and business teams, ensuring proper understanding and use of the SAP Retail solutions implemented.Technology Updates: maintain an in-depth knowledge of the latest trends and developments in SAP Retail, helping to ensure that solutions are always aligned with industry best practices. The ideal candidate must have:Proven experience as an SAP consultant, with a specific focus on SAP Retail.In-depth knowledge of business processes in the retail sector.Expertise in requirements analysis and solution design based on SAP Retail.Ability to manage complex projects and work in multidisciplinary teams.Excellent communication skills and ability to relate effectively with clients.Constant updating on the latest versions and features of SAP Retail.SAP certification would be a plus.Excellent knowledge of English, preferably with study and/or work experience abroadAre you a digital transformation professional who creates value for clients, builds strong internal and external relationships and promotes teamwork?
